可能是路径没有设置成功
即便手动在高级设置中设置了，但依旧不成功，因此使用命令行设置

C:\Users>python

C:\Users>set PATH=D:\InstallAddress\DL\Anaconda3;%PATH%
# python.exe文件所在地址
C:\Users>python
