安装线程自由（无GIL锁）Python及Pytorch方法

截至当前（2025.1.22），最新的线程自由Python版本为13.1，因此下面的方法适用于该版本

安装Python：
通过conda安装：
conda create -n nogil –override-channels -c conda-forge python-freethreading

编译安装：
git clone https://github.com/colesbury/nogil-3.12.git
cd nogil-3.12
./configure
make
make test
sudo make install

安装Pytorch：
pip3 install torch –pre torch –index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/nightly/cpu
