Clion STM32环境，构建通过，运行报错

以为是软件配置问题，搞了半天，结果是STlink接线接到5V口了，接入3.3V完美解决问题
报的信息 目标电压2.3V就是在提醒了吧，但是看不出啥名堂，记录一下
